How long do I have to wait for my desk to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If by chance we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, but our sales representatives will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

We currently offer free shipping in the contiguous 48 United States and in Canada. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9414.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DESK IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

If one of our products has been delivered to you damaged or defective, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We’d appreciate it if you provide us as much information as possible – photos or videos of the issue would be best. This way, we can assist you and provide a solution. 

Tabletops

CAN I GET A TABLETOP WITH NO GROMMET HOLE?

Our tabletops all have grommet holes. We currently do not have an option to customize these desktops without them. However, we do have a variety of grommets available that are sleek in design to keep your desk organized and tidy.

I WANT TO USE MY OWN DESKTOP. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, of course! Our standing desk frames are available for purchase individually, if you prefer your own tabletop. Please note that depending on the desk frame chosen, there is a weight capacity for each unit.

WHAT DESK SIZES ARE OFFERED AT PROGRESSIVE DESK?

This would depend on which standing desk you are interested. Below are the desks that we currently offer:

CAN I GET A TABLETOP CUSTOMIZED TO FIT MY SPACE?

The tabletops are limited to what is offered on the website. If you would like us to customize a tabletop for you, we have a minimum order quantity of 30 units. There will be a lead time of approximately 9 to 13 weeks for production of these modified units – not including shipping time.

ARE THE TABLETOPS MADE FROM REAL WOOD?

Progressive Desk tabletops are made out of MDF material, particle board or natural bamboo. Click herefor more information on our tabletop material and sizes. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WARM WHITE AND SOFT WHITE TABLETOPS?

Soft White tabletops are fully laminated, while Warm White tabletops have edge banding.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF/CLEAN MY TABLETOP?

We recommend regularly cleaning your tabletops with an eco-friendly cleaning product. Check out our blog on How to Repair Laminate Surface Scratches that Happen Over Time which also provides tips on maintaining your desk in excellent condition. 

Compatibility

CAN I USE PROGRESSIVE DESK REMOTES WITH MY THIRD-PARTY STANDING DESK?

We cannot guarantee that our remotes will work for your third-party standing desk. However, you should take advantage of our 30-day return policy if you would like to give it a try! For more information on our shipping and returns procedures, click here

CAN THE CORNER RYZER BE USED AS A SOLO RYZER TEMPORARILY UNTIL I FIND MORE SPACE?

The Corner Ryzer cannot be used as a Solo Ryzer at this time. The control box that it comes with will detect an error if only 2 out of 3 legs are connected and the desk will not function without that third! 

CAN I PURCHASE AN EXTRA SET OF LEGS FOR MY SOLO RYZER TO CONVERT TO A CORNER RYZER?

I WANT THE LONGER SIDE OF MY TABLETOP TO BE ON THE LEFT. CAN THE CORNER RYZER BE INSTALLED ON EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT?

Error Codes

HOW DO I SET THE MAXIMUM/MINIMUM HEIGHTS FOR MY RYZER?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The steps below are for the standard RT-11 remote.

To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display
  2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks
  3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display
  4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display
  2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks
  3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display
  4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

  1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release
  2. Hold the M you see [555]
  3. Limits have been reset

I HAVE TO HOLD DOWN THE REMOTE BUTTONS TO GET TO MY PRE-SET HEIGHT. IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS WITH ONLY ONE PRESS?

If you are having to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure
  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]
  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1] and you may see two values:
     a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode
     b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode
  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises. 

HOW DO I CHANGE THE COLLISION DETECTION SENSITIVITY?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure
  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]
  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:
     a. 10.5 = 11 lbs
     b. 10.6 = 22 lbs
     c. 10.7 = 33 lbs
  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.
