Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Progressive Desk. All products listed on the website are in stock and available for shipping to any country in the world. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We currently offer free shipping in the contiguous 48 United States and in Canada. For shipping to destinations outside USA (contiguous 48 states) and Canada, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9414.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping methods

We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our very large items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All shipments outside USA and Canada may have import fees or duty charges upon the delivery, will vary from country to country. For more information please check with your customs department in your country about the import policies. Customers in USA and Canada do not pay duty taxes.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  2. The product is in its original packaging (table tops, table frames and lifting columns)
  3. The product isn't used or damaged
  4. You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

A 10% restocking fee may be applied.  In the case of a defect or error on our part the restocking and return shipping fee will not be applied.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Progressive Desk.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
