Compatibility

Can I purchase an extra set of legs for my Solo Ryzer and convert it to a Corner Ryzer?

Can the Corner Ryzer be used as a Solo Ryzer temporarily until I find more space?

The Corner Ryzer cannot be used as a Solo Ryzer at this time. The control box it comes with will detect an error if only two out of three legs are connected, and the desk will not function without that third!

Can I use Progressive Desk Remotes with third-party control boxes?

We cannot guarantee that our remotes will work with third-party control systems. The pin-outs of the ports may differ from one company to another.

Troubleshooting

How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Ryzer?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display

4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display

4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release

2. Hold the M you see [555]

3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk, as we have to enter the reset procedure

2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1], and you may see two values:

a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode

b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode

4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

How do I change the collision detection sensitivity?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure

2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:

a. 10.5 = 22 lbs

b. 10.6 = 33 lbs

c. 10.7 = 55 lbs

4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

Fantastically solid

This table was pretty much what I expected from the description. Nevertheless, I'm impressed by how solid it is. The base is very heavy, so I have zero concerns about it tipping over or wobbling.

Support responded to my question very readily (within a day) and was polite and helpful.

I'm subtracting a star because assembly was not straightforward. One reason is that there aren't actually any instructions included whatsoever. Maybe foreseeable, given that the table shipped as multiple pieces, but I found myself second-guessing how everything was meant to fit together. As a result, I am still unsure how I'm meant to attach the controls or power brick to the underside. I think I am expected to drill the holes myself. Not something I feel confident that I can do on my own.

Dark Cherry Tabletop

The table top is what I like about it, but I having trouble get the two section to come together the stand sections will not meet too fit together the metal sections does not meet at all once the tops are but on the meta stands very disanointed so far and will be until this resolved. Then I will upgrade this review!

Exactly what I was looking for

I have a small space and had a small drop-leave table I loved, but I was sore from sitting so much. I tried to find a small standing desk but I couldn't find anything small enough for my tiny space. In comes this Mini Ryzer Frame! I can keep the drop-leaf table top I love but sit and stand with the push of a button. Set up was straightforward and easy. It's exactly what I was looking for.
